Blue Medical has a long continues history of science based development.

Since the launch of its first coronary implant the Genic Stainless Steel stent in 1999 we have always evaluate and monitored our product performance through extensive human clinical programs.

 

Back in 1999 the Genic design was a unique break through concept that proved a major improvement of stent flexibility and vessel conformability. The basic structure is now many years later, adjusted to the newest technologies and insight, still in human evaluation now again in a revolutionary trail of a CoCr stent on a Drug Eluting Balloon in 2010.

 

Our continues dedication and investments in clinical evaluation over the last 12 years have resulted in many revolutionary breakthroughs, some are transferred to our partners and some our incorporated in our products bring constant better care to our patients.

 

Blue Medical remains committed to science based evidence through clinical evaluation in the future for example with our new line of human studies related to drug eluting balloons the Pioneer Clinical program currently enrolling.
